Pre Construction Services
Often times designs, drawings and plans are made without input from the people who are actually going to build it. We provide a consulting role during that process to help with cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, construction phasing, constructibility reviews, weekly design review meetings with the Owner, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction.
This helps eliminate any surprises when an owner takes their project out to bid as they'll have a clear idea of what to expect from a cost, process, timeline and construction perspective.
Commercial Builds and Installs
We have a team that has over 40 years of experience in building unique elements and installing wallpaper, signage, vinyl, cabinetry, etc for some of the largest corporations in the world. If you have a high visibility project that has to be designed, built and installed perfectly then contact us for an initial project consultation.
Our Process
Thank you for considering Narrow Path Contractors. Our process for starting the planning for your build is simple.
1. Fill out our New Client Form
2. We review it and set a time for an initial phone call.
3. If your project looks feasible we set a pre construction consulting meeting in which we review the project with you on location, help you understand the scope and constructability.
3. If you'd like to move forward after our consultation we'll move forward into the pre construction phase where we meet with an architect or designer to start planning or build. Narrow Path then moves into a consulting role where we help with cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, construction phasing, constructibility review, weekly design review meetings, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction.
We'll also review up to 2 other bids to help you understand the differences between often drastically different quotes.
4. If you decided to move forward with the project and you'd like Narrow Path to take on the build we apply the consulting fee towards the estimate we provided earlier.
